DIGBY AREA RECREATION FITNESS PROGRAMS

PILATES ~ Improve posture, develop optimal core strength, create flat abs & back strength, and improve flexibility & balance. Join Certified Instructor, Jessica Eisener, every Monday at Barton Consolidated School, 7:00-8:00pm.
Session : April 15 - May 27, 2013
Participation Fee: $25 per session or $5 drop in

CARDIO SCULPT ~ Cardiovascular work with strength & overall conditioning with Certified Instructor, Jessica Eisener. Every Wednesday at Barton Consolidated School, 7:00-8:00pm.
Session : April 17 - May 29, 2013
Participation Fee: $25 per session or $5 drop in

CHAIR YOGA ~ one of the gentlest forms of yoga and is practices sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. This type of yoga directly focuses on increasing the flexibility of joints and improving balance.

Weymouth Library Meeting Room, 10:00am-11:00am

BELLY FIT ~ a Holistic Fusion fitness class designed exclusively for women. Belly Fit is a fusion of movements which include cardio moves, sculpting, toning, and tightening inspired Pilates core workout, with a relaxing Yoga inspired stretch and mindful meditationuniting body, mind and spirit.
Join Certified Instructor, Christina Wright, every Friday at Digby Curling Centre, 11:00am-12:00pm.
